Phoenix doesn't realize until it is too late that the closer she gets to both Demitri and Luka the more she is plunging them all into a centuries old feud.


I would give this a 4.5. I really enjoyed the beginning. It was suspenseful especially starting the book late at night. The cover art drew me in but the writing kept me reading. I would suggest this book to anyone who enjoys paranormal romance. Dimitri is a character I would definitely crush on. At times I did not like the heroine but that happens with every heroine because they don't do everything I would have done;-)

I look forward to reading more from Kate Evangelista. ( I might even read it again)
